Diesel Mechanic Shop Foreman

Fousek Truck Service, located in Armour, South Dakota, is looking for a motivated individual to be a Diesel Mechanic Shop Foreman for our full -service mechanic shop for semi-trucks and trailers. We have an 8 bay, modern shop with a fully stocked parts room. Normally, 5-7 mechanics are on staff.This individual must have good customer relations, business knowledge, and leadership skills. A newly updated office will be provided.Job Duties: Diagnosing and troubleshooting, overseeing mechanics, customer relations, job estimates, ordering specialty parts, job planning.Benefits: Hourly Wage, Health Insurance, Aflac, Retirement (3% match), Paid Vacation and Holidays and earned quarterly bonuses. Wage is based on experience.We are a small, family-owned business located close a great, clean small town. We operate alongside our sister company Fousek Farms and Trucking at the same location.
