Residential maintenance firm seeing skilled handyman compensation: $30 to $35 an hour depending on experience and if you hold insurance Quality Service and Repair is looking for seasoned Maintenance and Repair (Handyman) workers in the Raleigh market and surrounding areas who are professional, proficient, efficient, and reliable to fill numerous part-time and full-time positions currently available. Serious applicants will have strong maintenance and repair skills, professional manner, a commitment to excellence, and ability to transition from one type of job to another with ease. Typical jobs have 2-4 hour minimums and can run up to multiple days, depending on client needs. Dispatch will discuss work orders that best fit your determined skill-set, availability and geographic location/area and then assign you work daily/weekly. Qualified applicants must have ability to professionally and effectively communicate with the project manager and dispatch, to accurately describe the suggested course of action, scope of work, estimated time frame to complete the work and any additional special considerations needed to best fulfill the request.
