Architectural Roofer

TITLE: Architectural RooferREQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 2 years of experience as a roofer.JOB DUTIES: Install, maintain, and repair a variety of roofing systems including asphalt shingles, slate, tile, wood shake, single-ply membranes (e.g., TPO, EPDM), and standing seam metal roofs. Inspect roofs for damage, remove old roofing materials, and install new systems according to manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes. Prepare roof surfaces, apply vapor barriers or insulation, and use hand and power tools to fasten roofing materials securely.
