Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Architect to lead a strategic modernization initiative for a high-volume, global contact center.

This role will drive the transformation from legacy platforms to a modern, cloud-based solution with enhanced scalability, automation, and AI capabilities.

The architect will collaborate with a dedicated task force and cross-functional teams to design and implement a future-ready contact center infrastructure, launching initially in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and strategic planning for contact center modernization.

Develop and implement a roadmap for transitioning from legacy platforms to a cloud-based contact center solution.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and task force members to align modernization efforts with business goals.

Evaluate and integrate AI-driven technologies such as bots and automation into the new platform.

Ensure seamless scalability, performance, and reliability of the new contact center infrastructure.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the migration and implementation phases.

Document architectural decisions, integration strategies, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience in contact center architecture and modernization strategy.

Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center platforms and infrastructure.

Experience with AI-driven contact center capabilities, including bots and automation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with Genesys and other contact center platforms.

Experience in global contact center operations and deployments.
