Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator position include: 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, including ground-up construction and renovations Ability to be onsite in Allentown at least once per week, with occasional site visits (about 10-15% travel) Familiarity with Procore, Excel, and Monday.com; open to other PM/estimating software Estimating projects ranging from $100K to $1M in size Collaborate with project managers and supervisors on scope and pricing Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction jobs Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing Strong communication skills and a drive to grow with a rapidly expanding team Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
