In this role you will:- Operate the ABD dowelinsertion machine station safely and efficiently- Run our drawerbuilding department, assembling highquality drawers- Build cabinet doors to precise specifications- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the ABD machine- Maintain a tidy, organized work environment --- daily cleanup of your station, tools, carts, and common areas- Support janitorial duties, including cleaning shop and office restrooms, breakroom, floors, countertops, windows, exterior entryways, leafblowing, trash/recycle pickup, restocking paper towels and soap, etc- Collaborate with machine operators and production team to ensure smooth workflow- Crosstrain on additional equipment (CNC routers, beam saws, edgebanders) as opportunities arise- Adhering strictly to safety protocols, maintaining a secure working environment- This role requires regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and prolonged standingExtra Awesome!- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a cabinet shop or woodworking manufacturing setting- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints- Versatility in operating a variety of woodworking machinery (CNC Machine, Beam Saw, Edgebander) with precision- Sound mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills- Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment- Attention to detail and dedication to delivering highquality work across different types of cabinetryHere are some of the basic details:We work Monday -- Friday 7:30 AM -- 4:00 PM+/-This is a full time job and we've got a lot of work coming in. So we want you to plan on staying for a while!Starting pay will depend on what you're bringing to the table; pay range for this position is between $18 -- $24 per hour.
