Join our team to work in prepping and pouring concrete across commercial, agricultural, and residential settings. Perform general construction labor from project start to finish while learning and assisting in all facets of the project. Operate various construction and concrete tools, handle materials efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Prep and pour concrete in various settings. Perform general construction labor. Operate construction and concrete tools effectively. Lift, carry, or pull up to 50 pounds of material. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Experience in concrete and construction. Proficient with hand and power tools. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Experience in carpentry and concrete finishing. 1+ year construction experience in any trade. Additional Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen. Strong listening and communication skills. Flexibility with changing assignments. Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Reliable work ethic. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Work Environment The work schedule is typically from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work, aiming for around 50 hours per week. The team is organized into 4 crews of 4 laborers, working alongside 16-20 field employees. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
