UI React Lead / Architect :Local to Nashville TN only
Position : UI Lead / Architect :React JS, Micro-frontend ( with Java and Spring boot) : Local to Nashville only
Location : Nashville TN (Day 1 Onsite & Local is highly preferred)
Duration : Contract : 12 Months
Experience :15+ Years

Skills
Actively participate in the Requirement analysis and grooming activity.
Define stories & tasks for the implementations, assigning for the closure for the tasks.
Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with Architecture requirements.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the tasks
required to accomplished.
Produce clean and efficient code based on the approved design specifications.
Need to ensure all code thus produced meets all the quality checks including Standards and Guidelines, SonarQube,
Unit Test Coverage etc.
Unit test the developed code for bugs and fix them accordingly.
Review code written by team members and ensure the developed code is in accordance with the organization
standards and processes.
Review pull requests raised by team members and provide suggestions if any before it is passed for approval.
Collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of the software.
Analyse and recommend performance optimizations of the code and ensure code complies to security best practices.
Verify and deploy the code changes to appropriate environment(s).
Troubleshoot, debug issues in the deployment/environment and provide appropriate fixes.
Support and fix any issues identified as part of the Performance validation.
Support and fix any issues identified as part of the Security Testing process.
Provide necessary support for the release and fix issues with priority.
Documentation updates for Troubleshooting, FAQs, Deployment/Release notes, Macro updates etc.
Lead and mentor a team of developers from both technical and delivery front.
Train newly joined team members in the organisation to perform their tasks.
Share functional and technical knowledge with team members on a regular basis and ensure all team members are
technically cross skilled.
