Carpenters - lab and cabinets

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinetry and trim work. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and repairing structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. The Carpenter/Laborer will work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, trim, counter, and flooring installation. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Conduct restoration work, including water damage restoration and general repairs. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Utilize construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material procurement. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Own tools are necessary Experience Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in carpentry and labor roles. Familiarity with masonry techniques and the restoration industry is preferred. Knowledge of drywall installation, flooring installation, maintenance person services, and tile laying is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and perform basic construction estimating tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
