? Painting -- Prime, roll, and finish surfaces.
? Caulking -- Apply sealants to prevent water and air entry.
? Basic Plumbing & Electrical -- Help with wiring and pipe installation under supervision.
Exterior & Structural Work:
? Framing & Exteriors -- Assist with framing, roofing, and siding.
? Concrete Work -- Mix, pour, and smooth cement for structures.
? Excavation -- Dig trenches or backfill as needed.
? Temporary Structures -- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and platforms.
? Site Preparation & Cleanup:
? Demolition -- Tear down walls, remove flooring, and clear debris.
? Material Handling -- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
? Site Cleanup -- Remove junk and debris to maintain safety.
? Tool & Equipment Maintenance -- Clean and maintain tools, machinery, and work areas.
General Labor & Support:
? Tool Operation -- Use hand and power tools like drills and saws.
? Plan Execution -- Read and follow instructions, plans, and work orders.
