Mechanical Technician

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems

Assist with equipment installation and upgrades

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems

Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain records

Fabricate, weld, or modify parts as needed

Work with operations teams to minimize downtime

Follow all safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/DESIRED:

High school diploma or GED (required); technical training in mechanical systems (preferred)

3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

Familiarity with mechanical drawings, alignment, and industrial tools

Welding and fabrication experience (preferred)

Willing to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs
