Duties, Responsibilities & Other
The Project Manager V position is the entry-level role within KCI's Energy Project Management career path, designed for individuals developing their project management expertise. This role involves managing smaller-scale projects with limited subconsultants and scope, serving as a foundational opportunity for learning and growth under the guidance of senior Project Managers. The Project Manager V is a key contributor to project success, responsible for coordinating technical staff, managing subconsultants, and liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from initiation through completion. Strong organizational skills and an eagerness to develop in a dynamic team environment are essential for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager V position is the entry-level role within KCI's Energy Project Management career path, designed for individuals developing their project management expertise.
This role specifically focuses on developing and managing training materials, quality standards, and KPIs to drive organizational goals and performance excellence. Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance reviews, resolving quality issues, analyzing client feedback, and preparing detailed productivity reports. Collaboration, conflict resolution, and teamwork across departments are essential, alongside proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite and Smartsheet to optimize workflows. A foundational understanding of the Distribution Power Industry and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are critical to aligning processes with client expectations and delivering improvements.
