Provide civil and structural engineering input for projects across various stages, including conceptual studies, front-end design, and detailed engineering.
Conduct site visits to assess existing structural conditions and gather field data.
Evaluate design challenges and develop effective, cost-conscious engineering solutions.
Collaborate with internal design teams to develop and refine engineering concepts.
Review drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project goals.
Prepare technical documentation including material requisitions, construction packages, and vendor coordination.
Work closely with global engineering teams and interface with other disciplines to support integrated project delivery.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas preferred.
510 years of civil/structural engineering experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
Solid knowledge of structural codes and standards (e.g., ASCE, AISC, ACI, OSHA).
Proficient with structural analysis and design tools, CAD, and 3D modeling software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
Ability to make sound engineering judgments and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Willingness to learn and innovate to improve project outcomes.
Availability for full-time in-office work.
