Summary:
The Electrical Manager manages the daily activities of the electrical construction on a large scale wind, solar, transmission, battery storage project sites.
Requirements:
- Client Relationship Management Accountabilities:
- Interfaces between Client, Company, and Subcontractors.
- Submits daily and weekly contractor progress for internal and client communications.
- Planning:
- Reviews daily construction plan and schedule for electrical work, advising of changes or adjustments and demonstrates thorough understanding of the project and construction constraints.
- Tracks daily subcontractor progress on site and aids with drawing interpretation; reduces subcontractor billable numbers as appropriate.
- Reviews and redlines all drawings, specifications, safety procedures for compliance and correctness with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineers, ESA safety authority and code.
- Attends and participates in meetings including Plan of the Day (POD) and safety meetings.
- Reporting:
- Tracks deliverables on site.
- Completes and submits daily paperwork for site activities.
- Inspects subcontractor workmanship and code compliance; identifies deficiencies and participates in RCA and corrective actions as necessary.
- QA/QC:
- Manages all electrical drawings from start to finish of project.
- Manages Safety, daily, weekly, complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and compliance paperwork with sub-contractor Safety.
- Manages electrical sub-contractor duties on site, ensuring compliance as per drawings, specifications, quality plans and applicable electrical codes.
- Manages and documents electrical paperwork and submittals.
- Operates Company vehicle safely to oversee site operations during day and night, and in all types of weather.
- Attends work regularly and punctually , as scheduled and expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.
Safety:
- Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
- Ensures that safety is the most important function, follows safe practices while working.
- Reinforces safe behaviors and eliminates at risk behaviors.
- Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
- Ensures Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs) occurs before scopes of work commence.

Qualifications:
- Hi gh school/GED General Education, required.
- Bachelors Degree Construction Management or Electrical Engineering , preferred.
- Certification Master Electrician (or 8 years experience in lieu) preferred.
- 5+ years Electrical experience in the construction industry ; Rewneables experience preferred, required.
- 1+ years Supervisory experience required.

Anticipated base salary range: $128,000 - $151,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
