Property Services Partner is a growing field support and compliance service that works directly with real estate professionals, landlords, and property managers. We handle property readiness, turnover prep, basic maintenance, and light repairsso our clients dont have to. Were not a handyman servicewere a solutions partner.

Were looking for a technician who is:
Reliable, professional, and punctual

Skilled in light carpentry, drywall patching, minor plumbing, painting, and fixture installs

Comfortable working independently and communicating with supervisors via phone/text

Able to pass a background check and provide references

Clean-cut and customer-service focused (we work around high-end properties and agents)

The work includes:
Performing punch list repairs for rental turnovers

Hanging doors, replacing light fixtures, and installing hardware

Minor drywall, caulking, and painting touch-ups

Replacing smoke detectors, faucet swaps, vanity installs, etc.

Light clean-outs, debris removal, and prep for city inspections

You must have:
Your own basic tools (drill, hand tools, step ladder, etc.)

Reliable transportation

A smartphone to send photos and receive assignments

Availability for occasional same-day or weekend work

Willingness to do an initial phone interview and a paid on-site trial job

Ability to travel throughout Burlington, Camden, and Mercer counties
