Fiber Drop Surveyor

We are looking for a Fiber Drop Surveyor to survey, design and map underground and overhead drop paths while working in cooperation with property residents. This person will be responsible for field marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.

This position reports daily to the job site, not to an office location.

Schedule:

• Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
• Flexible depending on project and customer needs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed in addition to regular travel.

Travel:

• 100% in or out-of-state

• At least 1+ years of experience with installations and maintenance repairs in the fiber or telecommunications industry.
• Sales, Supervisor and/or Foreman experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to meet physical requirements: climb ladders, work in confined spaces and/or various heights, lift and/or move up to 50-75 lbs., squat, kneel, bend, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, in confined spaces, and at heights when necessary.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to work.
