Location: Green Bay, WI

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible on in and out time)

System One is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer II to join its New Product Development team. This role is ideal for engineers with a strong background in motion control systems and electrical integration who are looking to grow within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical control systems for complex motion-based machinery

• Create cabinet layouts, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) using CAD tools

• Integrate multi-axis motion and web-handling systems into high-speed converting equipment

• Conduct system audits and implement improvements to enhance machine efficiency

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technicians, assembly, service, and sales teams

• Participate in machine commissioning, system debugging, and occasional field support

What We're Looking For:

• 510 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience

• Strong foundation in motion control, automation, and industrial system design

• Proficient in Rockwell Automation systems, SolidWorks, PDM, E-Plan and/or AutoCAD

• Experience with MATLAB, MathCAD, and other design analysis tools preferred

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (required)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Work Environment:

• Onsite role based in Green Bay, WI (preferred)

• Collaborative, global engineering team structure.

Travel Requirements:

• Travel up to 20%, varies by project

• Some international trips possible for commissioning or customer support

• Typical travel aligned with project needssome engineers travel infrequently
