We’re partnered with a custom home builder specializing in high-end residential construction, seeking an experienced Architectural Designer/Draftsperson to create full sets of home plans from concept through construction. You'll be responsible for drafting in AutoCAD, developing designs, and supporting project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD

• Develop design concepts and construction documents

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and builders

• Assist with permitting and basic project management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential design/drafting experience

• Strong portfolio of high-end residential work (required)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Familiarity with residential construction practices

• Project coordination or management experience a plus
