***all conversations are 100% confidential*** Civil Project Manager - My client has a unique opportunity for a civil/highway engineer with background in DOT and civil transportation. This office specializes in roadway, bridges, traffic engineering, water and wastewater services, and public involvement. This person will play a big role in the growth of the Massachusetts operations, and should be comfortable leading business development efforts as well as executing project work.
What you will do -
- Serve as Project Manager on transportation projects
- Create and execute project work plans
- Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
- Coordinate with all disciplines internally and externally with subconsultants
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Contribute to Division strategic growth initiatives
- Champion relationships with key clients, including MassDOT
- Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events
- Ability to identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits
- Collaborate on regional growth strategy
- Leadership track potential
What we are looking for -
- BSCE or related discipline
- Must have PE
- Minimum of 10 years of design experience including managing projects
- Experience working on DOT projects
- A track record of adhering to design budgets and project schedules
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
