Architectural Designer/Architect– Residential Design Studio

A creative, fast-growing residential design studio is hiring an Architectural Designer/Architect to support custom home and renovation projects throughout Northern Colorado. This is a full-time, in-studio role perfect for a thoughtful designer who wants to see their ideas built.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing schematic designs, design development, and construction documents

• Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials

• Work closely with the architecture and interior design teams on spatial planning and detailing

• Participate in site visits, measurements, and construction administration as needed

• Engage with consultants, contractors, and permit officials

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• B.Arch or related degree in architecture or design

• 2–5 years of experience in residential architecture or design

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Lumion a plus

• Passion for craftsmanship, detailing, and the homebuilding process

• Positive, collaborative energy and a keen design eye
