Heavy Equipment Operator

Heavy Equipment Operator Customary Days: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed) Customary Hours: 50 hours per week This position operates heavy equipment in the mining operation. This may consist of bulldozers, excavators, road graders and front end loaders. Duties and Responsibilities Operate, drive and control heavy equipment Have complete knowledge of machine settings Check and maintain equipment functionality often Keep performance records of machine functionality regularly Promptly report any accidents, injuries or mechanical faults to management Perform daily preop inspections Comply with all safety rules and regulations Perform additional duties as required Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
