Construction Safety Manager

Our client, a leader in the tech industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager

Location: Newton, NC (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required, associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Strong knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
