RFO: Growth on the engineering side and some upcoming retirements. Replacing for a candidate that is getting promoted.
Salary: $70K-$80K, informal bonus eligibility based on company performance $2K-$5K

Inventor and AutoCAD - some of the old trailer designs are still in 2D
Most of them are semi-standard products

Prior experience within metals/steel not required
In the office at the mfg. location

Ok with entry level with internships
Total EE between 3 EINs: 470 EE
Featherlite: 400 EE
Access Brands in Oklahoma - trailer division
10 Freight/Drivers
Engineers/Design - 6 + a few technicians
