We are seeking a skilled Bench Carpenter to join our team at InnoMill. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with wood and wood composites, with a strong focus on precision and craftsmanship. You'll be responsible for building, assembling, and finishing custom wood products such as cabinets, shelves, and other millwork in a shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.
Cut, shape, and assemble wood and composite materials using hand and power tools.
Operate machinery such as table saws, jointers, sanders, and routers.
Inspect and verify quality of work and ensure components meet project specifications.
Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bench carpenter or similar woodworking role.
Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
