Landscape Construction Team Leader

Are you an experienced landscape professional ready to take the lead? Lasting Impression Landscape Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Team Leader to bring high-end outdoor spaces to life. Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

- Blueprint reading and measuring/layout of construction projects
- Use of large and small construction equipment applicable to the landscape construction industry
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 team members
- Construct stone retaining walls and interlocking stone features
- Oversee softscape installations such as grading, planting, turf
- Install and troubleshoot landscape lighting systems
- Coordinate all phases of construction from start to finish
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and top-quality results on every job
- Interact with clients on site when needed, provide exceptional customer service in a polite and courteous manner
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscape construction (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to read and work from detailed construction drawings
- Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
- Desire to work in the horticultural/landscape construction industry
- Knowledge of plant material and equipment is required
- A valid Drivers License with clean drivers abstract.

Working Conditions:

- Work occurs mainly on-site on customer property
- Work may occur under extreme weather conditions
- Position is physically demanding with regular lifting
- Must be able to work in various positions such as kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting, lifting and standing for extended periods of time
- Driving on a daily basis is required
