Founded in 2014, we are a team of 28 employees managing 12 active projects ranging from $300K to $4M. We pride ourselves on a family-oriented, team-driven environment and are looking for a motivated individual to help us scale into a larger operation.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Electrical Estimator / Jr. Estimator to support our growing workload in residential and public electrical projects. This role will serve as a key liaison between field operations and project management, ensuring smooth execution from RFIs to change orders and billing.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a Estimator/Project Coordinator on select jobs, especially public works.Coordinate with foremen, manage RFIs, change orders, and SOVs.Draft and update construction plans using AutoCAD or similar tools.Assist with estimating (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and take-offs.Prepare and manage billing based on line-item SOVs for public works.Communicate with agencies and clients (e.g., Rancho Cucamonga).Support commercial and residential teams as needed.Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with public work standards.
