Working Foreman/Underground Wet Utilities

Subcontractor seeking a working foreman with proven underground wet utilities experience for a long-term position with our company. The right candidate will be a diligent individual with integrity, a positive attitude, possess strong leadership skills, and the ability to engage with a crew. Must be ethical and trustworthy. This position requires attention to detail, structure, and putting safety first. Must lead by example, be pro-active and be able to self-manage and work well with others. Local candidates preferred. Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of prevailing wage
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a foreman/supervisor in underground wet utilities in public/private works
Experience with water, sewer, storm drain, etc. (Pipeline experience a MUST!)
Managed a crew of 5+ employees
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of plans and specifications
Maintain safety standards
Conduct weekly safety meetings
Accurately complete weekly timecards, daily reports, etc.
Scheduling and 3-week look ahead
Coordination with sub-tiers/vendors
Must have clean DMV and valid California drivers license
