Little Feet Renovation Inc. is not your average general contractor. We specialize in historical restoration, custom carpentry and a wide variety of sculptural installation projects. Little Feet is looking for a Lead Carpenter with 5+ years of experience who wants to expand their skills and pursue a more creative career in remodeling and construction.

This opportunity is offered as a full-time position with a 40hr work week. Compensation is dependent upon experience.

Our ideal candidate is capable of:

1. Framing walls, floor assemblies, decks, stair stringers and roof pitches.

2. Installing cabinetry, crown molding & baseboard, window & door trim, paneling, box beams, casing, columns, stair parts.

3. Familiar with shear wall assemblies.

4. Building concrete forms in a variety of shapes.

5. Solving unique design challenges with custom creative solutions.

6. Working in a collaborative environment with team members, owners, subcontractors and design professionals. Strong communication skills are a must.

7. Familiarity with multiple trades such as light plumbing, electrical and tile in addition to strong woodworking skills.

8. Has a truck to perform job responsibilities. Mileage reimbursed.

The Position: Were looking for a candidate with a valid drivers license and personal transportation (truck). Hand tools and a drill set are required. Any large power tools will be provided by the company.

The Location: Little Feet is based in San Francisco, Bay Area, CA. Since our service area covers SF, Pacifica, South SF, San Bruno, Half Moon Bay, and Hillsborough, it is important you have the ability to drive from jobsite to jobsite.
