Pacific Millworks is a growing, high-end custom millwork, casework, and cabinet shop located on Maui, servicing both residential and commercial clients throughout Hawaii.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Craftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related trades, and a passion for building beautiful, functional pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and install custom woodwork and fixtures
Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
Experience as a craftsman, carpenter, or similar role
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
Preferred:
Experience with custom millwork or cabinet installations

Schedule:
