Residential Construction Site Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities align with project plans and schedules.

Coordinate and supervise all trades and subcontractors on-site.

Lead pre-construction meetings two weeks before each new work activity.

Maintain and forecast detailed construction schedules.

Ensure all work is completed on time, to specifications, and deficiency-free.
