About the Role:
Kelly Services is seeking skilled Welders candidates for a reputable client. In this advanced welding role, youll work independently or lead others on a variety of welding tasks using TIG and MIG processes. Youll weld stainless steel and sheet metal (1618 gauge) and must be comfortable with structural welding up to 6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding (Fluxcore is a plus)
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specs
  
• Use hand, power, electric, and air tools
  
• Weld in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
  
• Work with stainless steel, sheet metal, and structural components
  
• Operate plasma machine, forklift, pallet jack, and hoist
  
• May guide and check the work of junior welders
  
• Track jobs using Made2Manage (M2M) system
  
• Assemble subassemblies as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Welder
  
• Strong knowledge of TIG required, some MIG experience needed
  
• Experience with structural welding
  
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings
  
• Forklift, hoist, and pallet jack experience preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing, sitting, fine motor handling, and near visual acuity
  
• Work involves stooping, crouching, reaching, and working in various positions
  
• Must use proper body mechanics and adhere to safety protocols
