Shift: Continental Nights (6PM-6AM)
The Millwright will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all bakery, packaging, and process machinery, as well as site auxiliary systems.
4th-year 433A apprentices are welcome to apply a great opportunity to complete your hours and get licensed while learning from an experienced, long-standing maintenance team.

Responsibilities
Maintain and repair production and process equipment with a focus on baking and packaging systems
Perform troubleshooting using mechanical logic and process knowledge
Execute preventive maintenance on all production equipment + Support predictive maintenance
Create and manage work orders using EAM/CMMS systems
Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Source and prepare repair parts and materials
Perform changeovers based on production schedules
Maintain safety systems and documentation: Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work Permits
Train operators and support team members in maintenance procedures
Maintain workshop tools and equipment
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
433A Millwright
2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably food / bakery manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Highly responsive, calm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities
Team-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to safety, food quality, and compliance with all site standards
