Position Overview:
We are seeking a HIGHLY skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman with at least 10 years of experience in irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation of various landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely project completion.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman with at least 10 years of experience in irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation of various landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction workers.
Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance.
Coordinate and execute job site operations, ensuring projects meet company standards and client expectations.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and maintain a clean and organized job site.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members on proper landscape construction techniques and safety procedures.
Maintain a positive working environment and high employee morale.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in landscape construction, with specific expertise in irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Strong understanding of landscape design, construction techniques, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
