Project Architect (Commercial)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure or on the path to licensure preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in a professional design office
• Experience in commercial project @types (multi family, healthcare, education, master planning etc.)
• Ability to direct, mentor and coordinate work efforts of project team
• Understanding of design, materials, construction practices and construction costs
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends with building codes and zoning ordinances
• Understanding of sustainable material selection for LEED compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
