MIG & TIG Welders - Custom Fabrication Location: North Charleston, SC Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Compensation: $24-$27/hour (Based on experience & weld test results) Overtime: 10-20 hours/week; weekend work as necessary Company Overview: We are a leading custom fabrication shop specializing in concealment structures for the telecommunications industry. We take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team-focused atmosphere. Position Summary: We are seeking highly skilled MIG & TIG Welders to join our fabrication team. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminum, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds. This role is key to supporting custom projects that require precision, strength, and aesthetic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components Fabricate concealment structures according to engineering drawings and blueprints Grind, fit, and assemble custom structural parts with precision Inspect welds to ensure compliance with internal quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow shop safety protocols Collaborate with shop leads and engineering team to resolve fabrication challenges Qualifications: 3+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience preferred Proven ability to work with stainless steel and aluminum materials Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Ability to pass a hands-on welding test Comfortable working overtime and weekends when project deadlines require Detail-oriented and safety-conscious with a strong team mindset Why Join Us: Steady full-time work with consistent overtime opportunities Work with a company shaping the future of telecommunications infrastructure Supportive and professional team culture Weekly pay and room for advancement Hands-on, creative fabrication projectsnot just production line work Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
