General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our molding department where you'll work closely with ovens, handling both plastic and metal parts. You'll be responsible for pushing and pulling parts along a roller system, hanging molds on racks, and closely observing machine gauges and operations to detect any defects or deviations from standards. Additionally, you will operate ovens, frequently record temperatures, and document details both on paper and on products. A strong attention to detail is essential as you perform activities planned by others, while maintaining a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Push and pull parts along a roller system.
+ Hang molds on racks.
+ Observe machine gauges and equipment operation for defects or deviations.
+ Operate ovens and record temperatures frequently.
+ Document details on pen and paper, and on products.
+ Perform activities planned by others.
+ Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of manufacturing experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1 year of machine operating experience

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
