JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Fire Alarm Technician We are looking for
driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our Fire Team as Associate
Fire Alarm Technicians. This entry-level role is designed to provide
fast-track, hands-on training in the installation, inspection, testing,
and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems. You\'ll be trained on
how to interpret blueprints, program control panels, and ensure proper
system functionality across various job sites. No prior fire alarm
experience is necessaryjust a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude,
and an eagerness to learn a critical life-safety trade. Through a
combination of mentorship, formal training and on-the-job experience, a
successful candidate will possess the skills necessary to become a Fire
Alarm Technician, adhering to all relevant safety codes and industry
standards in approximately 12 months. Job Responsibilities: The primary
responsibility of this position is to successfully complete the training
program in approximately 12 months. The primary components of the
training program are below: Developing the Basics o Work with
Installation and Inspection teams o Gain familiarity with tools,
methods, sites, and materials Fire Service and Project Training o Work
directly with the Fire Team on Projects and Service Calls o Develop
knowledge of installing, programming, and troubleshooting o Develop
understanding of project and service call requirements, timelines, and
documentation Technical Training and Certification o Complete NICET 1
Fire Alarm Certification o Complete required manufacturer training
classes Supervised Independence o Demonstrate knowledge attained on
small projects and service calls o Communicate status/updates with
