Finish & Rough Carpenters Job Description We are seeking experienced Finish Carpenters with 3-5 years of carpentry experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong skills in finish carpentry and are required to have their own basic tools. A focus on safety is essential, and candidates must be able to work throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Reliable transportation is a must, and compensation is provided for travel exceeding 30 miles to a job site. Experience in working within restaurants and retail stores is advantageous. Responsibilities Build new high-end luxury apartments. Install trim on walls, doors, windows, and cabinets. Hang doors and install cabinets. Essential Skills 3-5 years of carpentry experience. 2+ years of trim experience. 2+ years of finish carpentry experience. 2+ years of hardware experience. Ability to safely use a miter saw. Possession of personal basic tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with cabinets or hanging doors. Experience with crown molding.
