Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial setting. As a Commercial Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our hospital electrical infrastructure.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, lighting, and control systems, in industrial and commercial environments.
+ Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
+ Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.
+ Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions.
+ Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
+ Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
+ Use hand and power tools to perform tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings.
+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and code requirements.
+ Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with EMT Conduit, Branch Circuit Conduit Installation, Panel Installation, Light Fixture Installation.
+ Familiarity with conduit bending and running conduit.
+ Experience pulling wire and electrical wiring.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $33.77 - $33.77/hr.
