**Description:**

This hands-on role is responsible for applying high-quality finishes to critical firearm components and assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled with tools, and passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship in every product.

In this role, you will perform surface prep, painting, blending, polishing, deburring, and manganese phosphate coating to exacting standards. Your work directly impacts the performance, durability, and visual appeal of our industry-leading products.

**About the Role:**

- Using power tools, deburr and blend parts, sub-assemblies, and components as specified.

- Manganese phosphate coating of part, sub-assemblies, and components, as specified.

- Painting, mix paint, prep (etc:blasting, masking, degreasing) for paint.

- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.

With strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively. You have a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering expertly painted products.

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

- One year of paint experience required.
