Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm 40 hours per week
3+ yrs experience preferred
YCOE Enterprises Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced Carpenter! This year round position offers part-time or full-time hours to the right candidate(s). RYCOE Enterprises will supply all the tools and equipment necessary for you to get the job done right!
Deliverables:
- Complete carpentry work including new construction, remodeling and repairs of residential properties
- Review plans to select and source appropriate materials based on project needs.
-Communicate effectively with property owner to address issues/concerns and establish a maintenance/repair
Complete plumbing tasks such as installing toilets, faucets, water lines, showers and tubs.
Complete electrical tasks such as installing light fixtures, connecting appliances, low voltage lighting, replacing receptacles and switches.
Effectively manage time to complete projects in a timely manner.
