What you'll be doing...

This position is highly demanding, fast-paced, and requires exceptional time management and communications skills. The majority of the work is in an office environment; some of the work requires travel and outside work. Most outside work is at outdoor cell sites and hub locations.

  • Providing project management and supervision of construction activities for multiple Network site additions and upgrade projects.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project designs, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Analyzing implications of changes from the original schedule and taking required corrective actions to ensure the project stays on track.

  • Providing complete ownership of project financials.

  • Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for each project and actively managing the scheduled tasks with outside vendors, including major milestones, action items, long lead purchases, and any other commitments that would impact the project schedule.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Experience in the wireless telecom industry.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.

  • Experience managing projects and process or program management experience.

  • Knowledge of CWDM/DWDM multiplexing to maximize fiber resources.

  • Knowledge of CRAN & ERAN architecture and coordination mechanisms.

  • Experience with 4G/5G Macro Cell implementation.

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.

  • Commitment to quality, motivation, and ability to work well in a team environment.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

The salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $74,500.00 - $122,000.00.
