State Water Project Aerial Tour 2021:
This position is physically located at the California Natural Resources Agency Building in Sacramento, CA.
Duties: Under the direction of the Emergency Preparedness Branch (EPB) Emergency Preparedness Program (EPP) Manager within the Division of Operations and Maintenance (O&M), under the Assistant Division Manager - North, the incumbent supports Emergency Management (EP) activities in project and contract management, training, exercises, seminars and drills, cost recovery, and document development and maintenance. The incumbent will also plan, lead, organize, and control projects specifically for deliverables, safety, scope, budget, costs, resources, schedule, and regulatory compliance; Manage Architectural and Engineering (A&E), Service, and Power Related Contracts (PRC); develop contract scopes of work and selection criteria; participate in the solicitation and selection process; manage task orders and review invoices; and participate in project close-out, evaluation, and assessments. Implement and manage project and program change control to achieve deliverables through risk and scope management.

Special Requirements
Must possess a California Professional Civil Engineering license with a general knowledge of hydraulics, hydrology, soils, geology, instrumentation, and surveying. Must be willing and available to work outside normal business hours, including periodic overnight stays in various locations throughout the State of California, and possess a valid California Class C driver's license as travel throughout the State is required.
Under the provisions of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard CIP-004 as part of the Energy Policy of 2005, this position has authorized cyber access to or unescorted physical access around critical cyber assets and is subject to a satisfactory background check prior to appointment and every seven years thereafter.
Employee is required to successfully complete all safety, emergency management, and physical security training related to the functions of the job.
