Job Description:

Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. is looking for a full-time Glazier for a project at Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School in Wakefield, MA. Priority will be given to applicants who are female.

Glazier will be responsible for the installation and service of commercial windows, curtainwalls, storefronts, and hardware, doors, sun-shading devices, glass railing systems, skylights, and exterior rain screen panel systems.

Responsibilities:

Perform window and other hardware removal and installations
Provide excellent customer and client satisfaction
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
Take direction from site foreman to fulfill job requirements

Job Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. between floor and chest level
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. at all levels.
Must be able to pass a CORI report for schools
Possess craftsmanship and finishing carpentry skills
Must be self-motivated and result-oriented
Strong analytical skills for problem solving and planning skills for proper work site efficiencies
Must have reliable transportation
Relative construction experience preferred

Certification Requirements:

Must have valid (within 5 years) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card
Valid drivers license
