What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential install crews and ensure every job is done right, on time, and to spec.
• Install HVAC systems including condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, thermostats, and more.
• Work in crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops—no two days are the same.
• Oversee ductwork installation and ensure proper sealing, airflow, and system performance.
• Train and mentor Installer Helpers, building the next generation of pros.
• Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart home integrations.
• Keep your van organized, tools sharp, and paperwork in check.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control standards are met every time.

What You Need:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience (residential preferred).
• Proven leadership skills—you know how to take charge and teach others.
• EPA Certification (NATE preferred).
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and follow install specs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tough environments.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• A team-player mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
