Building Maintenance Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker responsible for maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetic of our facilities through various maintenance tasks. The role includes both indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities Scrape, sand, and paint fascia/soffits of the building. Repair or replace building components as needed. Replace and repair interior trim for windows and doors. Install or remove door hardware such as hinges and door handles. Perform basic building maintenance tasks. Conduct general clean-up of work areas. Essential Skills Experience in building maintenance. Repair and plumbing skills. Facilities maintenance expertise.
