As an UX/UI Architect, you will:

Lead the design strategy and execution for complex digital products and platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define user experience goals.

Create and maintain design systems, UI frameworks, and reusable components.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.

Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards across projects.

Mentor and guide junior designers and UX professionals.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

Deep understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
