Title: Performance Test Architect

Location: Birmingham, AL (Onsite-Hybrid)

12+ Month Contract

Must have:

APM tools and analysis

Performance testing concepts or automation testing

LoadRunner

JD:

Provides leadership and mentorship for functional automation, test data, and performance engineering processes, tools, and best practices.

Serves as a subject-matter expert (SME) on methods of integrating testing best practices into the application development lifecycle to successfully reduce friction, identify potential problems early, and improve cross-collaboration.

Researches Artificial Intelligence (AI) including machine language (ML), robotics, and other advanced and emerging technologies to improve automation efficiency and analytics.

Participates in PI and sprint planning.

Guides, leads, and influences teams in developing technical understanding and skillset through knowledge sharing sessions.

Collaborates with team leaders and architects to develop end-to-end QA strategies and protocols for various applications and platforms.

Proficient in Performance Testing and QAE.

Proficient in understanding of Testing Tools and Integrations.

Tools

: LoadRunner is mandatory with knowledge of Selenium or Tosca. AI/ML knowledge is plus.
