Electrical Panel Builders 1st Shift! Love working with your hands and building something that matters? We're seeking Panel Assemblers to wire high-performance industrial ovens and precision thermal systems. You'll be working in a bright, clean, and safety-first environment alongside a team that's as supportive as they are skilled. What You'll Be Doing: Point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fansall while seated at your station. Building panels from schematics, wire diagrams, and blueprints. Assembling everything to spec with a sharp focus on quality and accuracy. What You Bring: 1+ year of electrical wiring experience or technical training. Ability to read and interpret schematics (bonus points for ladder logic knowledge). Your own trusty toolkit: wire cutters, strippers, screwdriversyou know the drill. Strong attention to detail and a passion for top-notch craftsmanship. Pay & Perks: Starting pay at $22/hour , but benefits and pensions bring your true value up to around $25/hour . Two pay increases per year one annual and one every September ( $0.50-$0.70 raises ). Clean, well-lit workspace with no live wiring. Tenured coworkers who know the ropesand are happy to help. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr. They offer great benefits - Medical -Dental -Vison -Pension offer - paid out every five years -2 raises every year.
