Aerotek is Hiring for Machine Operators! Job Overview As a Machine Operator, you'll oversee the operation of a single manufacturing machine with basic functions. You'll ensure proper setup, control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates while maintaining safety and product quality. Responsibilities also include quality checks and completing required paperwork using SAP and SOPs. Key Responsibilities Operate and set up manufacturing equipment. Monitor production rates and adjust operations as needed. Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards. Complete documentation such as downtime logs and HACCP reports. Follow company policies, values, and safety guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision. Strong communication and reasoning skills. 0-1 year of relevant experience in production or machine operation. Skills in inspection, assembly, packaging, and blueprint reading. Why Join? Shifts & Schedule 1st Shift: 5 AM - 5:30 PM 3rd Shift: 5 PM - 5:30 AM Rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
